These Terms of Use govern your use of the Wishlist4Wheels website and service, operated by Alfie Automotive P/L (ABN [ ABN ]) ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or submitting a wish list, you agree to these terms.

1. What Wishlist4Wheels is

Wishlist4Wheels is a personal car-buying concierge and introduction service. We help you find and negotiate a vehicle. We are not a car dealership, lender or credit provider, and we do not provide legal, financial or credit advice.

2. Indicative estimates only

Any weekly repayment or cost figure we show is an indicative, illustrative estimate to help you budget. It is not a finance quote, an offer of credit, or a guarantee of any rate or approval. Actual repayments depend on your lender, term, fees and circumstances.

3. No guarantee of outcome

We work hard on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee that a particular vehicle, price, or finance outcome will be available or approved. You are never obligated to proceed with anything we present.

4. Your responsibilities

You are at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
The information you give us is accurate and up to date.
You will use the service lawfully and in good faith.

5. Third parties

If you choose to deal with a dealer, lender or other third party we introduce, your dealings are between you and them and subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their products, services or conduct.

6. Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, and our liability is otherwise limited to re-supplying the service.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law
